All purchases (ranks, coins, crate keys, and any other item) are confirmed manually through a Discord support ticket. Delivery times are usually a few minutes after payment is confirmed, but may vary. Prices shown on this website are reference prices and may be adjusted — the final price is always confirmed with you in your ticket before payment.
Digital in-game items are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or at staff's discretion (for example, an accidental duplicate purchase or a delivery error on our part). Refund requests are handled case-by-case through a Discord ticket.
Purchased ranks, items, and perks are tied to your in-game account. If your account is banned for breaking the Server Rules, purchased items are not refunded and access may be permanently revoked.
This website lets you save a Minecraft username in your browser so it can be included with any order you place. It is not a login system, is not required to make a purchase, and is stored only in your own browser (see our Privacy Policy).
You agree not to attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to this website, our Discord, or the Minecraft server, and to follow the Server Rules at all times while playing.
Perks, kits, prices, and season rewards may change over time as the server is updated. We'll always confirm exactly what's included at the time of your purchase in your Discord ticket.
