Ranks, crate keys, coins and shards sold through WOLF MC are digital items applied to your Minecraft account shortly after a staff member confirms your order in a Discord ticket.
Because these items are delivered digitally and applied to your account once confirmed, sales are generally final once delivery has happened. We don't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after an item was delivered.
If an item was not delivered, or the wrong item was delivered because of a mistake on our end, open a ticket in our Discord server and staff will correct it — typically by delivering the correct item rather than a cash refund, since no payment is processed on this website in the first place.
If you've opened a ticket but staff haven't yet confirmed or delivered anything, you can ask to cancel the order in that ticket before any payment is confirmed.
This website does not process payments, so we do not control or set the policies of whatever payment method is arranged with staff inside your Discord ticket. Any dispute about a specific payment method should be raised with staff in that ticket first.
