How do I actually buy something from the store?

Click "Buy" on any rank, key, coin or shard package. A popup will ask you to open our Discord and create a ticket — our team takes it from there and confirms payment and delivery with you directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options are confirmed by staff inside your ticket, since checkout happens through Discord rather than this website. Prices shown here are for reference in your chosen currency, but the final charge is confirmed in USD.

How long does delivery take?

Ranks, keys and coins are applied in-game once payment is confirmed in your ticket.

Why do prices change when I switch currency?

The currency selector converts our USD prices into an estimate for USD, EUR, PKR, INR, NPR, BDT, AED or SAR, so you know roughly what to expect. Your ticket will always confirm the exact amount in USD.

Do rank perks work in every gamemode?

No — ranks are per gamemode. A BoxPvP rank only applies in BoxPvP, and a ShopSurvival rank only applies in ShopSurvival. Check each store page for the exact perks included.

Are refunds available?

Since ranks and keys are delivered digitally and applied to your account right away, all sales are generally final. If something was delivered incorrectly, open a ticket and staff will sort it out.

I got banned — can I appeal?

Yes. Join our Discord and open a ban appeal ticket. Include your in-game name and as much detail as possible — a staff manager or admin will review it.

Is Practice really free forever?

Practice has no store and no pay-to-win items by design — it's meant to be a level playing field for everyone to train on.
